I acknowledge that the Session and Service is final upon application.

I understand that any changes to the style after application will be charged accordingly and at an additional cost.

I acknowledge that Hair is more sensitive after a Session at the Salon. I agree to follow the daily maintenance procedure guidelines offered to me by my Artist to keep my hair in the best condition possible.

I am fully aware that if I choose to use a method of washing, drying, styling, or maintenance technique of any kind NOT recommended by my Artist after my Session at Bloom + Riot, that any damage to my Hair is my responsibility.

I have been sent the Bloom + Riot Color Hair Care Guide, and I understand that if I choose not to read it, or if I choose not to follow the instructions within the Guide for proper Hair Maintenance exactly, I am fully responsible for any damage that occurs to my Hair, my Color, or my Hair Texture.

I agree that if I cut, color, or damage my hair myself for any reason at any time after my Session at Bloom + Riot, that I will be required to pay the full cost for any Sessions and Services rendered at Bloom + Riot to repair or restore the healthy condition of my Hair, Hair Color, or Hair Texture, and that depending on the severity of the damage, my Artist may refuse me any future Services.

I understand that in the event that I decide I do not want to keep the Color, Cut, or Styling rendered in my Session at Bloom + Riot, I am still fully responsible for the total payment of all Services and Gratuities rendered.

I understand the explanation of the process I am choosing for my Hair.

I understand the process of maintaining this look going forward, and I agree to follow these guidelines and routines from my Artist.

I am aware that with proper care on my part, my new Color/Cut/Style can last weeks or months between Sessions.

I agree that if any physical reaction, allergic or otherwise, occurs during or after my Session, I will not hold my Artist or their Salon, Bloom + Riot Studios, LLC, at fault.

I understand that all Deposits, Gratuities, and/or payments of any kind for Goods {physical and digital} and/or Services {physical and digital} and/or Session Reservations paid to Bloom + Riot at any time are Nonrefundable.

I have read this Contract in it's entirety. I warrant that I fully understand it's contents. I voluntarily accept the terms of this Contract by affixing my signature below.
